why was gulliver asked by his master to leave the land of houyhmns?

The Houyhnhnms agree that Gulliver is indeed "superior Yahoo". They feel that Gulliver has the capacity to convince and inspire inferior Yahoos to rebel. The Houyhnhnms feel that this is just too dangerous a prospect to let happen so they banish him to another island.
