Lilliput is a fictional island. Its people are about six inches tall, and the island is ruled by an emperor. The Lilliputians are master mechanics and have perfected a number of different weapons, and they gravitate toward the act of war.

The inhabitants of Lilliput. They are about five to six inches tall. They are the sworn enemies of the Blefuscudians of a neighboring Island."
