Hamlet

" Lord Hamlet, with his doublet all unbraced, no hat upon his head, his stockings foul'd...to his ankle...with a look so piteous in purports as if he had been loosed out of hell..."

Ophelia is commenting on how Hamlet approached her half dressed and acting crazy. Hamlet, of course, is putting his plan of merely pretending insanity into motion. Unfortunately he is using Ophelia to do so.
