In context, Ophelia is an emotional wreck. She is alluding the her belief that Hamlet led her on, only to break her heart. She also laments the fact that when her brother hears about Hamlet's seduction of his sister (not a physical seduction), Laertes will kill him.

I hope all will be well. We must be patient, but I cannot choose but weep, to think they should lay him i' th' cold ground. My brother shall know of it, and so I thank you for your good counsel.
