Act 5, scene 1. What causes the fight between Laertes and Hamlet in the graveyard?

Hamlet discovers that they are burying Ophelia. He comes out of his hiding place and Laertes attacks him. Laertes believes the King's lies about Hamlet being the root cause for the death of his father and for his sister's madness.
