Are there any other characters who want to take revenge in the play? How successful are they in their pursuits?

Both Fortinbras and Laertes have reason to seek revenge for the deaths of their fathers. Fortinbras does not have as good a case for revenge because his father was killed in what was, essentially, a fair fight which happened because of a bet between his father and Hamlet Sr. Therefore, he wants to get his land back that his father lost; if he cannot do that, he just wants to fight and get some land to be under his control. He does this when he marches into Poland and ultimately when he becomes king of Denmark after Hamlet's death. Laertes, on the other hand, has a legitimate desire for revenge, although he does not know all of the circumstances surrounding his father's death (mainly because of Claudius' trickery). He is successful at the end by stabbing Hamlet with a poisoned sword, but he is also killed in the final battle.
