Explain the two critical views/explanations regarding Hamlet's " Get thee to a nunnery" speech to Ophelia.

Hamlet has a lot of mother issues which translate to all women. He tells Ophelia to go to a nunnery because other women play games with men's minds and hearts. He also means that men, including himself, are all sinners and nuns are supposed to remain chaste.
