Who does the Ghost claim to be, and what accusations does he make?

He claims to be the Ghost of his dead father Hamlet Sr. He is forced to hang around in a sort of purgatory until he has accounted for his sins. That's what you get when you don't say your prayers before your afternoon nap! He wants Hamlet to avenge his death against his uncle.
