Why is Opheila upset? What does Polonius think is wrong with Hamlet? (please explain)

Hamlet has scared Ophilia by showing up to her closet (bed chamber) and acting pretty creepy. Polonius thinks that Hamlet is suffering because he told Ophelia to stay away from him.
