This guy is the villain in the story. His name translated is "completely finished". He is nasty because of his silence hence stories cease to exist. He is the enemy of speech and the destroyer of myth. He might represent censorship in our world or science destroying active imagination.

Kattam-Shud is our antagonist. He kidnaps the Princess and poisons the story streams.
