Which chapter does Harry turn into Voldemort?

In Act IV, Scene X, which is set at “Godric's Hollow, St. Jerome's Church, 1981,” they come up with a plan to disguise Harry using Polyjuice. Then Harry can take on Voldemort's form, so they can get Delphi to come into the church and attack her.
