As a king, Henry V is considered both a good and effective leader, although, certain actions and decisions might be considered questionable. Henry was brave, well-educated and well-spoken. He was intuitive and adept at weighing situations in order to provide the most accurate response. Yes, Henry was calculating, and yes, he was cold-blooded. These characteristics might be considered "bad". None-the-less, these attributes are also necessary in order for a regent to insure his reign is successful.
