In Chapters 19 How does the support of other students from school drive the plot forward with supporting evidence.

In chapter 19, Roy gets permission from his parents to attend the Mother Paula ceremony. At the site, Officer Delinko is preparing to go home when Muckle arrives with Kimberly Lou Dixon. Officer Delinko reluctantly remains at the site to show Ms. Dixon to the construction trailer so she can change her clothes. The ceremony at the construction site comes together as planned with a good turn out that includes local politicians. However, Muckle does not expect Roy and his friends to show up. Roy himself does not expect so many kids from his school to show up.
