The Taliban have a very narrow view of conservative Islam. In this view they target anything that they deem western culture. This includes western music and what they consider western education.

If they are against the western culture as one of my friend said , then why they are not targeting night clubs etc ... Why only schools and universities??

This means they are not following what Islam says ... I'm sure you know,who are they???
