Malala states that "when I complained about these things to my father he told me life was harder for women in Afghanistan". What were some of the actions taken by the Taliban against women in Afghanistan?

Education is always a struggle for women under the Taliban. Women are not considered worthy of education. Often their choice of husband well as their reproductive choices are taken away from them. Some men get to marry more than one woman. Women always have to cover up in public and cannot not speak to men who they are not directly related to.
