What is Malala called by her father? How does this nickname resonate with her destiny or legacy?

I'm confused because her nickname is Jani and from what I read it doesn't correlate to her destiny and legacy, Malala is the one that does.

Malala's father calls her Jani because he has problems pronouncing Malala due to his speech impediment. Jani is Malala for her father. Thus, it resonates with her destiny in the same way as it was given.

Malala is her given name. You've already cited that you understand the legacy of the name.... her father simply says Malala the only way he can pronounce it easily.... Jani.

Oh I understand now, thank you. I wasn't sure exactly if their was a whole different name. I appreciate it.
