if i were to create a collage with the theme of curuption of government what would i use?

THere is a great magazine called Addbusters which would be awesome for that. Otherwise try to find pictures where people are controlled or mistreated.

Is your collage supposed to portray what you would consider corruption in government, or is it to be based on the novel's corrupt government?

Anywhere you find gross inadequacies of power. Pictures of strong looking women who are of visible minority could be good. Also finding humanity where there seems to be only darkness.
