What will happen to Patria's baby? she states of fooled them... who is them?
I believe you're asking about Part 1/ Chapter 4 here, but I am not sure. Patria left school and did not take her vows; she gives birth to twins and then has a miscarriage. The baby is buried, but Patria feels the loss of the baby was a punishment because she did not follow the calling of the church.
As far as "fooling them," I'm not sure.

yes this question is from part 1 of chapter 4 but in the question it says Patria's states "i folled them all!" to what she is referring?
She is say that she fooled those around her. the people see faith in her but she has loss her faith after the death of her child. She fools them by still going to church and smiling like she is into the sermon that is how she fools them around her.
