ch 31-33

There is a lot of pressure on Saul to fight in Chapter 32. He is pressured by the opposing players, by the audience, and by his teammates. Explain why each of these three groups is pressuring him to fight (different reasons for each). How does Saul respond and why?

In essence, Saul is pressured to fight in order to take him out of the game, whether through injury or penalties. He is too smart to take the bait, however, and he simply continues to outskate them. His contribution to the team requires the ice.... not the penalty bench.
