Describe Saul’s development in skating.

Saul practices in secret. Saul begins by shoving old newspaper in his skates to make them fit better. He hangs on the boards and uses a chair for support. Soon Saul begins to skate on his own. He uses Father Leboutilier tells the other boys to learn how to skates. He notices how the pros skate on Hockey Night in Canada. Pretty soon Saul is skating better than anyone on the team.
