Saul actually deals with any pressures well because he quickly falls in love with this time in his life. For the first time in his life, Saul feels he belongs to an extended family and is doing what he loves. Fred Kelly and his family adopt Saul like he is one of their own. They understand his pain. The Moose become his brothers and they travel to different indigenous communities where they are welcomed with open arms. Any issues Saul might have been dealt with belonging and acceptance that the Moose and the Kelly's give him.
