Who were the real-life models for the Founder, the Brotherhood, and Ras the Exhorter?

Ras the Exhorter is believed to be based on black nationalist leader Marcus Garvey.

The Brotherhood was based upon the Communist Party.

I believe the Founder is based on Booker T. Washington, who founded Tuskegee University. I could be wrong.
