Jane Eyre
What is different about Jane and rochester after they get married as opposed to when they were first supposed to get married?
Jane Eyre
Jane Eyre
Well, they only really get married at the end of the novel. Unlike their past their post-married life seems rather blissful. Rochester gains the sight back in one of his eyes and they have a son together.
When Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester were married for real, by than Rochester's wife had committed suicide(after she set the house on fire) and Mr. Rochester was poor and injured. Jane Eyre had inherited some money from her Uncle Eyre. Also instead of Jane being dependent on Mr. Rochester, Mr. Rochester was dependent on Jane. Like the answer before me said they were married at the very end of the book.
