My bad, part 2 OF chapter 6
Johnny meets Cilla and Isannah waiting at the water pump. At one time he had promised them he would meet every Thursday and Sunday but has long since stopped. Johnny is bored by the trivialities of the Lapham house. Johnny feels a greater calling with the revolt, he finds his old life with the Laphams childish, he feels he has grown up.
