1) Brutus wants to be the one to explain the circumstances of Caesar's death; he says that Antony cannot blame them in his funeral speech.; that Antony can say all the good he wants about Caesar, and that Antony may not speak until Brutus is finished.

3) Antony wants to measure the "danger." He doesn't want Octavius to return until he sees the reactions of the people.
