What does Cicero think of the supernatural things which Casca told him in Julius Caesar Act 1, Scene 3?

It's a question from the novel Julius Caesar

Indeed, it is a strange-disposèd time.
But men may construe things after their fashion,
Clean from the purpose of the things themselves.
Comes Caesar to the Capitol tomorrow?

Cicero believes that omens and supernatural events are often interpreted in the way people want to interpret them..... thus, they are perceived incorrectly. He does not put much stock in Casca's fears.
