What is the significance of Caesar returning to Rome on the Festival of the Lupercal?

I'm not certain if you are looking for a very specific answer here, but the most glaring significance for me is that the Feast of Lupercal is supposed to bring barren women to conceive. Caesar and Calpurnia do not have a child, and he hopes that, should Antony follow the ritual rules, it will happen and he will have an heir. His lack of an heir will mean his empire potentially dies with him when he is murdered not long afterwards.
