This really depends on your childhood. Mine certainly seemed easier than Emilly's. I didn't get too sick and I had a rather uneventful childhood. I think people in charge of children really have a responsibility to help develop them as a person. The child is dependent on them. I'm not sure what you mean by "different". Many people overcome having difficult childhoods but sometimes it isn't easy.
