Retributed justice is defined as a kind of justice that focuses on the penalty rather than the rehabilitation of the offender. 

Cornwall is an instrument of this type of justice when he blinds one of Gloucester's eyes. The humble servant is granted the same type of justice when he speaks up for Gloucester and is stabbed by Regan.
