How are all Americans made equal in the year 2081? What handicaps have George been given? Why? Why does hazel have no handicap?

1) Amendments to the Constitution have made every American is fully equal. Everyone is the same, no one is smarter, better-looking, stronger, or faster than anyone else.

2) George has to wear a radio ear piece. twenty-four hours per day because he is of above-average intelligence. He also carries a 47 pound "handicap bag" locked around his neck.

3) Harriet has no handicap because she is well below the realm of average intelligence.
