How does social class define and constrain individual and group experiences of opportunities in America?

America is supposed to be the land of opportunity but James Loewen suggests that there is a class structure in America that makes opportunity for all difficult. Ethnic, economic (like the working poor), and a myriad of social issues makes opportunity a daunting if not impossible task for some people,
