What are Loewen's solutions to the problems in American History Textbooks?

Textbooks are largely affected by the politics of whoever is in power. In a nutshell, the politics must be taken out of textbooks. There must be a completely objective criteria edited and reworded by non-governmental and non partisan institutions.
