The chapter has a number of examples of how Marcus’ interest in social sciences, researching on the Internet and just knowing things gives him power – find at least one instance of this and explain what the power he gains from having this knowledge.
As Marcus' Internet connection spreads, it is nicknamed "Xnet." He worries that he has broken one of the rules by the DHS and will be picked up at any moment. He uses Xnet for all of his Internet communications now. He also changes his Internet handle to M1k3y. Marcus is burning and handing out 50 - 60 copies of ParanoidXbox daily. Marcus has the tech savvy too stay ahead of the sate's sophisticated surveillance systems.
