On the last page of the chapter, Marcus finally feels in control – identify the passage that suggests this is the case and comment on the power it suddenly gives to Marcus.
Marcus is finally able to thwart government surveillance and control. He uses a free Xbox Universal that he got last Christmas using the ParanoidXbox DVD to try to talk to other people with the Xbox using the Internet connections installed for multiplayer gaming. This program also scrambles information sent over it so that it cannot be decrypted. Marcus decides at the end of the chapter that he should try to get everyone that he knows to use this program.
