How does Alaska die?

DO we ever really find out how Alaska died?! was it suicide or was she just overly drunk? What was it that she flipped out about while she was on the phone with Jake after that whole scene with her and Pudge?

The Colonel,Pudge,and Alaska were playing Truth or Dare. Then Pudge and Alaska start making out,and then a few ours later around 3 Am, she starts screaming and saying I have to leave. She drove six miles of campus and got into a car accident.
