The Eagle, who is he?

Mr. Starnes “Eagle” is the Dean of students at Culver Creek, Mr. Starnes is nicknamed the Eagle by students. Recipient of numerous pranks, he is known for his sternness and what Alaska terms the “Look of Death.”
