Ralph fears he is losing all control of the boys. They have abdicated the one responsibility that can save them. Jack is easily manipulating the boys to his side. Ralph fear they will die on this island. He tries to call a final meeting to set things straight.

what point does Ralph make at the meeting? what general point does he make that he wants people to discuss? why are theses points so important or significant?
