what points does ralph make at the meeting? what general point does he want people to dicuss? why are these point significant ?

Ralph tries to set the record straight one last time. He talks about how things are falling apart. Kids agree to do things like fetch fresh water, keep a signal fire, build shelters....but end up doing "fun" things instead. Ralph reminds the boys that he was elected Chief but now his title is in jeopardy.
