Describe what happens to Simons body at the end of Chapter 9

Although Simon tries to tell the boys what he has discovered about the parachutist, they only see him coming out of the forest and assume he is something evil.  In their frenzied state, they begin to fall on him and kill him.  He falls on the rocks to the beach, and the boys continue to assault him until they kill him.
