Piggy, Ralph, and Simon certainly come the closest to Aristotle's ideals for rational thinking. In terms of arete, a state of excellence and virtue, these characters exemplify Aristotle's vision of moral excellence, as they exhibit his defining traits; courage, temperance, justice.
