How do you think the boys justify the killing of Simon, or do they not feel the need to justify his killing with their blood lust and need to kill?

That would depend upon which boys you are referring to. Piggy and Ralph are having a difficult time justifying their actions.... they try, because if they don't, they'll likely fall apart. The others feel no guilt..... and they won't be looking for reasons to feel guilty.
