In chapter 11 of Lord of the Flies, what does Ralph do when he approaches the Castle Rock? How do the savages greet him?

They are challenged at the gates of the other camp and tell the savages that they’re calling an assembly. In response, Roger throws rocks at them. Jack emerges from the forest behind them, returning from a hunt. Ralph demands the glasses and calls Jack a thief. Jack responds by attacking him. They spar for a while, using spears as swords, until Piggy reminds Ralph of his mission.
