Methapor ,personification,similes, alliteration and imagery in chapter 8 of the Lord of the flies

I need the figurative devies for an assignment due tomorrow :) and I also need the beauty and beastly elements of the chapter. I finished 90 percent of the assignment i am just missing these 2 things.

Metaphor-

"The conch glimmered among the trees, a white blob against the place where the sun would rise."

Personification-

"The circle shivered with dread."

Alliteration-

"The boys began to babble"
