What happens in chapter 5 that really upsets Ralph?

Jack refuses to follw the rules, setting a bad example for everyone else, and he leaves the meeting to kill the beast with his hunters. Jack's decision to take his hunters and leave angers Ralph because Jack initially didn't believe in the beast..... he just wants to hunt and kill. Second, Jack had no respect for the rules, and Ralph knows that they must have rules in order to survive.
