Who finds the pigs head? What does the pigs head call itself and what does it say?

Simon finds the pig's head as he wanders alone through the woods.  The had calls itself the Lord of the Flies (it has flies crawling all over it) and it says to Simon that he, Simon, will never escape the head which ultimately becomes a symbol of the savagery in all people.
