Who is Phil?

Phil is the Littlun who speaks of his dream of the beast.

Phil is a littlun. He has a nightmare about fighting a snake-thing and insists it really happened. Ralph explains that it couldn't be true because nothing moves at night since everyone is asleep. Simon then admits he moves to his hideaway in the jungle at night. Ralph tells Simon he should not be moving at night.
