What is ironic about how Polly responds when she loses at Monopoly?

Polly is unfazed by losing, she is simply happy to shoot the dice and play. This is ironic because Zinkoff does everything in his power to make Polly angry.... and it never happens. The only one who gets angry is Zinkoff.
