In Act 1 Scene 3 what has annoyed the first witch?  And how does she get her revenge?

The first witch was at the market and a sailors wife ate chestnuts but refused to share any with her. Then the sailor's wife calls her a witch and insults her: “Aroint thee, witch!” the rump-fed runnion cries." The witch gets revenge by casting a spell on her husbands boat.
