What news does the Messenger bring that really upsets Macbeth? It has something to do with those prophecies?

The messenger brings a report of an unbelievable sight. He'd looked toward Birnam Wood, and it appeared that the forest was moving toward the castle. Macbeth is stunned and begins to fear that the witch's words may come true after all.
