Macbeth

Can someone please help me identify the theme in this passage from Act 2 of Macbeth?

‘My hands are of your colour, but I shame To wear a heart so white. I hear a knocking At the sout entry; retire we to our chamber; A little water clears us of this deed; How easy is it, then! Your constancy Hath left you unattended.’ -Lady Macbeth

Theme:

A.) The ends justify the means
B.) Motherhood
C.) The traits of a good and decent king
D.) Femininity and Strength
E.) Guilt
I'm quite uncertain, though I did think it was A. I'm leaning towards 'E. Guilt' now.

In my opinion, the best answer is A.) The ends justify the means.
